I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and have over 15 years of experience working as a clinician with adults in outpatient hospital and community settings as well as in private practice. I completed a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and one in Counselling Psychology at the University of Toronto in 2008, and have since worked with clients on a range of mental health concerns including difficulties regulating emotions, anger, trauma, impulsive behaviours, relationship issues, depression and anxiety.
I have training and experience in a variety of modalities of therapy including EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure and humanistic approaches. My therapeutic approach is largely integrative and I often draw on several types of therapy depending on clients’ needs.

My approach is client centred and collaborative and I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to support individuals in achieving their therapy goals.
