Checking in For Your Appointment
You made it – welcome! Please make yourself comfortable while you wait. You can check in with our admin staff or through scanning the QR code with your phone. Don’t sweat it if you’re not checked in – your therapist will come to get you from the waiting area at the time of your appointment.
Refreshments and Washrooms
Help yourself to a refreshment, take a few deep breaths and reset before your appointment begins. Need a washroom? You can find our restrooms about halfway back in the building corridor. There is a washroom key on found on the reception desk – don’t forget to bring it back 😉
Intake Paperwork and Forms
New clients receive a new client intake package to their email on file prior to the first appointment. Reviewing and completing paperwork prior to your appointment saves time.
Communication Consent
Let us know how you want us to communicate with you in your communications consents.
Background Information
Background information in the intake forms are an initial opportunity for you to provide your therapist with some information about your past history and what you hope to gain from counselling. You are welcome to provide as much (or as little) information as you are comfortable with.
