I believe in the power of transformation and personal growth, and am passionate about helping clients navigate life changes and outgrow what no longer serves them.
Are you feeling stuck and are wanting more out of life? Change can feel daunting, but being uncomfortable is not a “bad” thing. I believe in the power of transformation and personal growth, and am passionate about helping clients navigate life changes and outgrow what no longer serves them.
With over 15 years of HR experience, I bring a unique perspective to my therapy work, offering practical, value-based, and empathetic support in areas like personal growth, career/professional development, navigating workplace challenges, managing parenthood, and family dynamics. I am also passionate about men’s mental health and breaking the stigma that hinders many from seeking help. Whether you’re redefining your career path or seeking to align with your purpose, I’m here to help you uncover the “I want for myself” moments and create the life you’ve always envisioned.
Through a culturally sensitive and compassionate approach, I provide a safe space to address life transitions, embrace growth, gain perspective, and turn challenges into opportunities. Change is inevitable—but it can also be your pathway to a “new you.” I would love the chance to work together to help you show up as the best version of yourself in every area of life.

Q: Why did you choose this profession?
A: Working in the world of Human Resources for the past 15+ years has inspired me to elevate how I can support people to thrive and live their best lives. I am passionate about psychological safety in the workplace and how that translates into our personal lives. Helping people to cope with their personal challenges to thrive in their professional lives and vice versa motivates me to learn and grow as a therapist.
Q: What is your go-to self-care activity?
A: Solo nature walks! For me, it is a form of mindfulness. I observe my surroundings and sensations with no judgment or opinion attached and allow myself to just experience what is happening in the here and now. It is very grounding and helps me practice how to stay present in my daily grind.
Q: What can you expect from a session with me?
A: I am a very laid-back and informal person. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your unfiltered self. I will take your lead in terms of what is important to you to discuss at that moment while bringing new perspectives and challenging your thoughts for deeper reflection. As a member of the BIPOC community and my Human Resources work in advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I embrace different cultural perspectives.
